I'm <em>far<\/em> from perfectly happy with the present state of the paper, but I've finally put-together <em>something<\/em> like a complete draft of it, in <abbr title=\"Portable Document Format\">PDF<\/abbr>, at <div style=\"padding: 1em ; text-align: center ;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.praxiologic.com\/economics\/papers\/CoinFlip.pdf\">www.praxiologic.com\/economics\/papers\/CoinFlip.pdf<\/a><\/div><\/p><p>There are some temporary issues with presentation of this draft: <ul><li>The layout needs to be fixed, by the insertion of page breaks, so that things such as section headings are pushed to a next page, rather than orphaned.<\/li><li>The <a href=\"http:\/\/www.openoffice.org\/\">OpenOffice<\/a> formula editor does not support use of the relational symbols <q>&#8827;<\/q>, <q>&#8829;<\/q>, <q>&#8831;<\/q>, or <q>&#10928;<\/q>. (For now, I am representing <span style=\"font-style: italic ;\">strict preference<\/span> with <q><span style=\"font-style: italic ;\">pref<\/span><\/q> and <span style=\"font-style: italic ;\">weak preference<\/span> with <q><span style=\"font-style: italic ;\">wpref<\/span><\/q>; later, I will output the paper as <a href=\"http:\/\/www.latex-project.org\/\"><span style=\"letter-spacing: -1px ;\">L<span style=\"vertical-align: top; font-size: smaller ;\">A<\/span>&Tau;<span style=\"vertical-align: sub;\">&Epsilon;<\/span>&Chi;<\/span><\/a> and then tweak the formul&aelig; to give me <q>&#8827;<\/q> for <span style=\"font-style: italic ;\">strict preference<\/span> and one of the other three for <span style=\"font-style: italic ;\">weak preference<\/span>.)<\/li><\/ul><\/p><p>At this point, I welcome comments, from experts and from non-experts, both on the underlying content and on how I have expressed myself.<\/p> <div style=\"text-align: center ;\"><a href=\"mailto:Mc-Kiernan@att.net\">Mc-Kiernan@att.net<\/a><\/div> <p><span style=\"font-weight: bolder ; font-variant: small-caps ;\">Up-Date<\/span> (2009:04\/08)<span style=\"font-weight: bolder ;\">:<\/span> <a href=\"http:\/\/bbl.ucsd.edu\/doku.php?id=main:faculty:acgamst\">Professor Gamst<\/a> of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ucsd.edu\/\"><abbr title=\"University of California - San Diego\">UCSD<\/abbr><\/a> caught an error in what had been formula (10).  It was easily patched.
