Fortunately, this latest journal wanted the initial submission to be in PDF, and wants accepted papers in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.latex-project.org\/\"><span style=\"letter-spacing: -1px ;\">L<span style=\"vertical-align: top; font-size: smaller ;\">A<\/span>&Tau;<span style=\"vertical-align: sub;\">&Epsilon;<\/span>&Chi;<\/span><\/a>.<\/p> <p><em>I expect a rejection from this journal<\/em>, simply because they receive an <em>enormous<\/em> number of submissions, and will probably decide that their readers would <em>rather not digest<\/em> a thorough examination of a heterodox theory to which few of them ascribe any credibility, which examination reaches conclusions that, over all, will not surprise them.
